Iaccarino comes directly from a reference haute-cuisine restaurant in the Sorrento peninsula, Don Alfonso 1890.
Architecturally designed to complement the surroundings of exotic garden and aquatic serenity, our new restaurant features windows overlooking the park, resulting in a luminous dining space. In the evenings, guests enjoy the glowing view of the flickering lights encircling the garden and pool. The award-winning cuisine of the Michelin-starred Chef Alfonso Iaccarino, directly from Don Alfonso 1890 in Sorrento, is performed at ‘baby’, the new poolside contemporary restaurant for traditional Mediterranean cuisine -approximately 60 seats. Restaurant ‘baby’ has been awarded with 1 Michelin Star in 2006. Lunch time 12.30 pm/3.00 p.m. – Dinner time 7.30 pm/11.00 p.m. Closed on Mondays. The Grill Room for casual dining. Light meals can also be served in the Bar in our private garden, which is open from May to October
– weather conditions permitting.

A buffet breakfast in our Verde Room with panoramic view and verandas is served from 7.00 am to 10.30 am. Smoking and non-smoking sections are available. Breakfast can be served in the room until 12.00 a.m.

The Bar in the lobby is open from 11.00 am to 1.00 am. Light meals can be served. The Bar in our private garden is open from 11.00 am to 6.00 p.m. from May to October – weather conditions permitting. Light meals can be served.
